Sunflower Hummus

  • 1 can drained garbanzo beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
  • pepper

Throw all ingredients in a blender or food processor, stopping every few seconds to scrape down the sides.
