Peanut Butter Hummus
- One can garbanzo beans/chickpeas + half of the liquid
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. I recommend draining the liquid from the canned chickpeas into bowl, and adding the liquid as you go until you get the consistency you like. I like my hummus thick, but some people like it a little more creamy :) This hummus isn’t quite as pungent as the regular kind, as the peanut butter gives it a really nice nutty undertone.
