Apple Butter Oatmeal

- 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 granny smith apple, chopped into small pieces
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp apple butter
- cinnamon
- sweetener of choice (optional)
Cook oatmeal and apple pieces together until you reach a desired consistency. Stir in cottage cheese, apple butter, cinnamon and sweetener. Meant to be enjoyed in bed!
