- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1 can (14oz) garbanzo beans
- 1 can (28oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tbsp cumin

Sauté onion, garlic and peppers in the oil until soft. Add ground turkey and brown. Add the tomatoes with juice, drained lentils and beans, broth and spices. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes. Extra points if you cook the beans and lentils yourself!
