		<description>Yay for playing your harp! My aunt is a harpist and it takes her an hour just to tune the darn thing :P Yeah, my fingertips got pretty raw from pressing down the strings on the neck of the guitar (I use a guitar pick). I need to build my callouses back up, but I&#039;ll try soaking them, thanks! :) </description>

		<description>I am all about breakfast foods for dinner these days...and seem to be having my &quot;main&quot; meal at lunch. Awesome job with your goals! I did about 10 minutes or my harp too...though I spent 2 hours stringing it. Was it the skin hurting from plucking the strings? Soaking your fingertips in a little surgical spirit can help with that. I need to do that whenever I go back to playing after a while.</description>

ummm the one thing i can say...is where is that yoga girl?!?!

glad your goals are doing well...i think i really need to sit down and hammer some out, but things are crazy and sometimes putting undue pressure on myself only drives me nuts.  so i will probably go for the cliche new years resolutions come january!

		<description>Well, one of my goals was to get to do well (whatever that may mean for me) on my 10k and I&#039;d say I did that at my race yesterday. My other goal was to be kinder to myself with my eating and workout schedule in my post-bootcamp living...and I haven&#039;t been doing so well at that. I need to work on some things out from here on out but I&#039;m learning that it really is a journey not a destination...and realizing that, at least, is something :-)</description>
