In my opinion, easier because I only have to clean the press and not a big stupid machine. Plus, you get a fun little foam on top of your coffee with a french press :) Maybe I should do a post on it?? Thanks for the idea!! :P]]></description>

Im so interested in sleep and how it affects us all so diffferently. Im similar to you...up by 7am regardless of what time i go to bed, so if i want a good nights sleep im in bed by 10.30 most nights. I aim for around 8 hours a night...anything less and it takes its toll on me by mid-afternoon...my energy just dips and doesnt come back.

I am working on getting more sleep- lack of it is horrible and has such a huge impact on everything. I become forgetful, emotional, clumsy...it&#039;s just nasty. I wake up at the same time every morning so am making an effort to go to bed earlier :)]]></description>
